Regan Zeller, MBA, Lead Visionary and Practice Strategist

With over two decades in the veterinary field, Regan Zeller brings deep, ground-level insight to every partnership. Her journey began out of high school in the kennel and at the front desk—early roles that grounded her in the realities of day-to-day hospital life and shaped her people-first approach to leadership.

Regan spent 11 years as a Licensed Veterinary Technician working in General and specialty medicine. Followed by 16 years in practice management roles across general practice, emergency, and specialty hospitals with teams from 10 to over 100. Regan understands the operational and emotional nuances of veterinary medicine because she’s lived every corner of it.

Armed with years of hands-on experience and degrees in veterinary technology and an MBA, Regan launched StrategiVET™ to give practice leaders tools that truly work—integrated solutions designed with real veterinary professionals in mind. Her mission is to help practices build healthier cultures, achieve financial clarity, and grow with intention.

Regan Zeller, the founder of StrategiVET, brings years of experience in both veterinary practice management and technology integration. Regan’s passion for veterinary care and operational efficiency led to the creation of StrategiVET, where innovative solutions are developed to meet the unique needs of veterinary hospitals.

Before founding StrategiVET, Regan worked closely with veterinary hospital owners and practice managers, learning firsthand about the challenges they face in managing day-to-day operations. This experience has shaped StrategiVET’s mission to provide accessible, efficient, and scalable solutions for the veterinary community.
